Meet Curtis Sloley, a passionate baker whose culinary creations are a remarkable feast for the senses. With roots from Jamaica, Curtis brings over 40 years of experience to his baking, skillfully blending traditional techniques with innovative flair to craft irresistible pastries that tell a story with each bite. His deep-rooted love for baking, was nurtured in his childhood which later inspired him to explore the art of pastry making.
In addition to his baking pursuits, Curtis works as a contractor, where his keen eye for detail and creativity illuminate every renovation project. This dual career allows him to express his artistic vision in both the kitchen and construction, showcasing his versatility and unwavering commitment to excellence. When he’s not in his kitchen operating his mixer or on a work site overseeing jobs, Curtis enjoys sharing stories with friends and family over the delightful treats he has crafted, ensuring every gathering is a memorable experience filled with warmth and joy.
