R.A.N Tip of The Week! Brandon Palmer's Simple Workout Before Bed

I've been speedwalking consistently 3 to 4 times a week to fulfill my cardio and strengthening my legs & thighs, as well as trying to shed these 10lbs I've gained. It's tough, but I'm dedicated, diligent and determined.


Also, I've been getting my arm curls & raises on daily to maintain somewhat of toned arms; however, I have not been successful with incorporating additional workout needed to tightening my core, and reinforce toning legs, arms and back.  I ran into a childhood friend of mine, Michael Lloyd a few weeks ago at Soul Summit in Ft. Greene Park in Brooklyn and he looked great!  He said he teaches Pilates in Manhattan and the key is staying away from fried foods and sugar.  He said I looked good as well, but could use some help with defining my waist:)  Michael recommended I attend his Pilates classes or I could stand against a wall and reach from left to right, touching the wall for 5 sets of 50 daily!  Thank you Michael!  I've been doing these twists for a week now and Iooking forward to seeing the results.
